Buyers Terms and Conditions

ORDERING PROCESS

 

Customers can place orders through our website larajese.com by selecting desired products, adding them to their cart, and proceeding to checkout. Alternatively, orders can be placed via the contact form at https://www.larajese.com/contact.

 

Upon placing an order, customers explicitly confirm their agreement to the payment by clicking the "Place Order and Pay" button. The purchase contract is concluded at this moment, and all terms and conditions become binding for both the company and the customer.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

 

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • Bank transfer via pro forma invoice (UPN Universal Payment Order) to our company's account.

  • Credit card payment (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Visa Electron, Maestro).

 

Cash payment upon delivery is not possible.

 

Customers agree to payment terms by confirming their order. The purchase contract is confirmed once the seller sends the first email confirming the order.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES

 

We offer shipping through reputable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. We use different carriers depending on the destination of the order: Pošta Slovenije, GLS and DHL.

 

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS PROCEDURES

 

Right of Withdrawal: Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided they notify us through our contact form at  https://www.larajese.com/contact. Personalized art and commissions cannot be returned, as they are made according to the consumer's exact instructions.

 

Return Process: Goods must be returned to Lara Ješe, Jama 56, 4211 Mavcice, EU-Slovenia, within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. 

 

Refunding: The shipping fee charged from the order placement cannot be refunded after the package has been sent. Where a promo code or discount code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the paid amount is returned to the buyer. We issue a refund within 7 working days but it can take up to 2 additional weeks for the transaction to appear on the customer's account, depending on the bank.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products on our website, but it is always possible that some products may vary in real life from the photographs because of different light and colours on different screens. In those cases where the products are expected to vary (such as half-originals), it is always noted under the product and should be considered beforehand.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURES

 

Damage Complaints: Customers must notify us of any material damage within 7 days that may be a result of poor handling on our behalf or insufficient protection of the parcel, such as bumps, scratches, or any other physical damage. We will respond to complaints within 7 working days and may offer repair, replacement, or refund. After that time we do not take responsibility for damages that may result after further use of our products.
