"Mimi in Flowers" is the first of a series where the artist juxtaposed cows and vases. She believes cows are an underrepresented theme in European contemporary art, especially in contrast with their sacredness across the globe.
 
Here, she combined a drawing on paper with watercolour on canvas and embellished it with genuine 23-carat golden leaves on the top and bottom of the vase.
