In 2020, the artist extensively explored the motif of an irritated lioness in all mediums and variations, from sketches to paintings, from black-and-white variations to colour explosions.
 
This piece is a vibrant combination of an ink painting on paper stuck on a patterned canvas and painted with acrylic. The shapes and colour intensity bring tension and alertness to a viewer even though the format isn't that large.
